SURF TO SUMMIT
The Great Snowy Mountains Touring Classic is a motoring event for cars 30 years and over (or replicas of vehicles 30years and over) conducted over three days in the Monaro Region, the NSW South Coast and the Snowy Mountains. The event is a TOURING CLASSIC for those who enjoy meeting like-minded owners of classic sports and touring vehicles for a leisurely cruise through the Snowy Mountains visiting towns and communities along the way. It attracts entries from all over Eastern Australia and you can now be part of it. The 2025“Surf to Summit” promises to be bigger and better - scrutineering and "WELCOME" on the Friday - Saturday to the "surf" and Sunday to the "summit" . Your entry fee is ALL-INCLUSIVE. The only extras will be your fuel and drinks.
With your online entry you can, as an option, book your accommodation; add merchandising and pay online, too. The event gets underway on Friday afternoon. Saturday is the traditional 'surf coast' stage with a magnificent dinner that night and a guest speaker with an epic tale to tell. Sunday is 'to the Summit' for a country lunch then back to the Club Bar in Cooma for the official close. |

Surf to Summit - bigger and better in 2025!
Friday - Scrutineering will take place from 3:00pm. At 4:30pm will be the official "WELCOME" at the Club Bar.
Saturday - Stunning Great Dividing Range scenery and the splendour of the Monaro district dish up its kaleidoscope of colours as we head to cost via some of the quaintest villages on the eastern side of the High Country. Unrivalled morning teas and entertainment. The coast for lunch before returning to Cooma for the traditional “Surf to Summit” dinner and guest presenter at the Cooma Car Club’s and the MOTORING MUSEUM.
Sunday - Head to the hills! The morning will take you through some of the Snowy Mountains most glorious winding and twisting roads to being in sight of the ‘summit’. A sumptuous lunch on the second day of the event. All entrants make their way back to the Cooma Car Club for the official close. Enjoy the hospitality at the Club Bar.
This is a popular event, and limited to 80 vehicles so register early!
